Just because something has always been done a certain way doesn’t mean it needs to continue that way.  What we changed for the next block of roundtable topics is that they will be driven by a central theme.   

From January to May our theme will be “unraveling the mystery of program.”     If you have been around Scouting long enough, you have heard the term “program” used as a catch all for a variety of reasons.  Much like the answer to the question in “Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy”…  42
